About the International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF) :
The ICDF is Taiwan’s professional international development organization, established in 1996 under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Its mission is to promote sustainable socio-economic development in friendly and developing partner countries through technical cooperation, investment and lending, humanitarian assistance, and international education and training. ICDF works with partner governments, institutions, and communities to strengthen human resources, enhance local capacity, and foster inclusive growth. Its activities span a range of development fields including agriculture, public health, education, ICT, environment, and support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
